Payment & Cancellation Policy

To join AFCHAM's events as a sponsor or an exhibitor, please complete the “AFCHAM Sponsorship and Exhibition Application Form” at the end of this page and send it to AFCHAM Sponsor &Exhibition by e-mail ( info@afcham-china.org ) at least before 20 days before the Event.

  • Payment

    Upon receipt of the signed application form, an invoice covering payment amount will be issued by e-mail. Then the payment should be made in full amount within 10 days  of signing the application form and 15 days before the event.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Notification of intent to cancel sponsorship must be provided in writing. This application may be canceled with no penalty, within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the confirmation receipt of the Application Form.

    -Cancellation of this application within 15 days before the event: 50% refund excluding the processing fee

    -Cancellation of this application within 10 calendar days before the event: No refunds
