（ANGOP）Sumbe- The municipal administrator of Sumbe, central Cuanza Sul province, Manuel da Silva Rosa Nascimento, encouraged on Sunday in this city the businessmen linked to the agro-industrial sector to invest in the region, so as to contribute to the diversification of the economy.
He said that in the city there are industries that can contribute to the population’s welfare and diversification of the economy, so conditions must be created for entrepreneurs to invest in manufacturing industries of fish meal, and other agricultural products that may be useful for the development of the municipality.
The official also advised the local entrepreneurs and farmers to make a mechanized agriculture, to take advantage of the water from rivers that run through the localities of Quicombo, Gangula and Sumbe city, which most of the time is not well spent.
