（安哥拉国家通讯社）巴西利亚-安哥拉与巴西的水产养殖技术合作合约将延续一年，该合约的内容是对安哥拉职员在水产养殖技术和渔业资源管理方面进行培训。
该合约的签订方为：小型手工渔业和水产养殖发展机构，以及隶属于巴西国家统一部的Vale de São Francisco和Parnaíba发展公司
双方的合作从2012年开始，安哥拉会定期派技术人员前往巴西公司的综合中心进行为期6个月的学习，学习内容为人工养殖和孵化技术，以及环境的保护等。

Angola, Brazil renew technical cooperation in aquaculture
（ANGOP）Brasilia – Angola and Brazil extended for another year the technical cooperation agreement in the training of Angolan staff in aquaculture techniques and management of fishing resources.
The agreement is between the Institute for Development of Artisanal Fisheries and Aquaculture (IPA) and the Brazilian Development Company of Vale de São Francisco and Parnaíba (Codevasf) of the Ministry of National Integration.
The Cooperation between the IPA and CODEVASP began in 2012 with the regular sending of Angolan technicians to integrated centers of the Brazilian company, where for six months seized techniques of artificial propagation and breeding of fish, environmental conservation,etc.

罗安达企业代表大会将在7月召开
（安哥拉国家通讯社）罗安达-安哥拉国家通讯社获悉，罗安达企业协会将于今年7月7日至9日在维亚纳区举行其第一届代表大会。
据协会的正式文件，此次论坛会将由中央执行委员会主办，并将得到罗安达省政府的支持。将有7个相关行业的协会参加。
代表大会旨在为安哥拉整体特别是罗安达省的经济社会发展做出贡献，主要集中在以下领域：工业、贸易、鼓励女性企业家的参与、农村和环境的发展以及土木市政工程建设。
代表大会将会有不同主题的专家组，例如“金融系统的现代化和运作”、“安哥拉商业人员所面临的限制和机遇”、“公共合同，外国投资和商业合作”，以及“工业领域，国家生产所面临的挑战，限制和机遇”。
Luanda entrepreneurs congress set for July
（ANGOP）Luanda – The Luanda Entrepreneurial Association will hold on 7-9 July, this year, in Viana Municipality, its first congress, ANGOP has learnt.
According to a note from the institution, the forum will be sponsored by the Central Executive and will get the support of the Luanda Province Government. It is to be attended by seventeen associations linked to this sector.
The congress intends to make a contribution to the economic and social development of Luanda Province in particular, and Angola in general, principally in the domains of industry, trade, boosting the intervention of female entrepreneurship, rural and environmental development, as well as civil engineering and public works.
The congress will have panels with themes like “Modernisation and functioning of the financial system”, “The Angolan businessperson, constraints and opportunities”, “Public contracts, foreign investment and commercial co-operation”, and “Industrial sector, challenges facing national production, constraints and opportunities”.
尼日利亚将委托私人开发四大国际机场
（Ecofin通讯社）-据当地媒体报道，在航空领域重要改革项目的第一阶段，尼日利亚政府已决定将四个国际机场的开发权交给私人企业。
尼日利亚航空部长Hadi Sirika在5月16日举行的2016论坛会上向媒体告知四个机场分别为Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt 和Kano。
部长表示，私人企业的加入有利于改善尼日利亚机场的服务，现机场的设施达不到国际标准，也不是航空业所能做到的最好水平。
此外，Hadi Sirika表示，在机场的委托建设之后，尼日利亚政府还会特别关注基础设施设备以及机场的持续发展，以保证机场的良性运作。
Le Nigeria va concéder l’exploitation de quatre aéroports internationaux à des privés
(Agence Ecofin) – Le gouvernement du Nigeria a décidé concéder l’exploitation de quatre aéroports internationaux, dans le cadre de la première phase d’un important programme de réforme de son secteur de l’aviation apprend-t-on de sources médiatique locale.
le ministre nigérian de l’aviation, Hadi Sirika a déclaré la liste des quatre aéroports (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt et Kano), le 16 mai, lors du forum 2016.
Selon le ministre, la participation du secteur privé permettra d’améliorer les services dans les aéroports nigérians, dont les installations actuelles ne répondent pas aux normes internationales et aux meilleures pratiques de l’industrie de l’aviation.
Par ailleurs, Hadi Sirika a fait savoir qu’après cette première phase qui consiste en la mise en concession de ces quatre aéroports, le gouvernement nigérian allait prêter une attention particulière à l’équipement en infrastructures et au développement des aéroports nigérians en vue d’optimiser leurs performances.

Cuanza Sul: Entrepreneurs urged to invest in Sumbe
（ANGOP）Sumbe- The municipal administrator of Sumbe, central Cuanza Sul province, Manuel da Silva Rosa Nascimento, encouraged on Sunday in this city the businessmen linked to the agro-industrial sector to invest in the region, so as to contribute to the diversification of the economy.
He said that in the city there are industries that can contribute to the population’s welfare and diversification of the economy, so conditions must be created for entrepreneurs to invest in manufacturing industries of fish meal, and other agricultural products that may be useful for the development of the municipality.
The official also advised the local entrepreneurs and farmers to make a mechanized agriculture, to take advantage of the water from rivers that run through the localities of Quicombo, Gangula and Sumbe city, which most of the time is not well spent.
芬兰基金为安哥拉提供1亿欧元资金
（安哥拉国家通讯社）罗安达-安哥拉投资和出口促进机构主席António Henriques da Silva上周五在罗安达表示，一家芬兰基金向安哥拉提供了至少1亿欧元资金用于实施国内各项计划。
在外资直接投资论坛会场边，António Henriques向记者说到，资金已经确定，但另一方面，国内商业人士还没能向该基金会提供任何项目。
针对此问题，他指出国内企业应更好地组织发展，以达到人们对安哥拉潜力的期望。
他呼吁国内企业制定更好的项目结构，同时也建议商业组织建立数据库，按照企业的活动领域和规模分类，以方便投资者进行不同的投资选择。
Finnish Fund provides 100 million euros to Angola
(ANGOP)Luanda – At least 100 million euros were made available to Angola by a Finnish Fund to be used to implement various projects in the country, revealed last Friday in Luanda the chairman of the Angolan Agency for Investments and Exports Promotion (APIEX), António Henriques da Silva.
Speaking to Journalists at the sidelines of Foreign Direct Investment Forum, António Henriques, said that the amount is already available, but, on the other hand, he said, the national businesspeople do not have projects to present to this fund.
For this reason, the official pointed to the need for entrepreneurs to organise themselves better, in order to be able to meet the expectations that are generated when people speak about the potential of Angola “.
To the national entrepreneurs he urged better structuring of projects and called on business associations to have a database that classifies their members by sector of activity and size of the company in terms of business volume, to facilitate investors to have different investment options.
